The butterflies, aged between one and half to two and half, have well and truly blossomed into little independent learners. In this wonderful room children are exposed to an extensive range of play opportunities, particularly dramatic play, as they make sense of their world through practicing new skills and repeating everyday things they see.
Our butterflies are beginning to interact with one another, rather than just alongside each other. This leads into an extensive range of social and emotional development as young toddlers learn to communicate their feelings, show empathy for others and learn rules and daily routines.
